I develop leadership programs based on the “Integrated Functional Leadership Model” (IFLM) and supplement this with in-depth topics that arise from the needs and situation of your company. The seminars are led by myself and the participants are introduced to the topics interactively using a practical methodology. Through my work as a lecturer on the topic of "Leadership and intercultural Management" at the ZHAW School of Management and Law, I have essential didactic experience for successfully communicating the topics.

After conveying the theoretical basics and discussions on various business cases, the participants leave the seminar with a clear objective for their next measures and tasks. I accompany and support managers in the implementation of their goals for a quick and successful learning curve. This can be individual mentoring or in the form of a peer mentoring workshop: SHARE2LEARN.
